This family-run business, founded in 1923, is now run by the third generation. Corinne and Alain love to share their craft and their terroir in the southern Côte des Blancs. Their vines are all Premier Cru. After discovering the range: Brut 100% chardonnay, Extra-Brut 100% chardonnay, Rosé, Grande Réserve, Millésime. Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this family-run business has been operating its vineyards for over 150 years. The warm-hearted current owner will introduce you to his philosophy, which is based on 3 key principles: sustainable viticulture, a love of Chardonnay and the maturity of the wines sought through a minimum of 36 months in the cellar. The 5 cuvées in the range have musical names. Cuvée Rhapsodie, a vintage champagne of great complexity, pleasantly surprised us. Its complexity and richness are perfect with fish in sauce.

Founded in 1985, Domaine de Saint Leu ceased trading at the turn of the century. With the help of their two daughters, Cynthia and Céline, Maryline and Gervais Perrot relaunched the business in 2009. A new range of 4 wines was launched at the same time. Recently, the cellar opened its doors with a "visit and tasting" offer, enabling visitors to discover its little gems. The Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs won a gold medal at the Elle à Table 2015 wine competition.
