We've fallen in love with Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé of pleasing complexity that's perfect with delicately seasoned grilled meats. Champs de Romy (BDB Extra-Brut) is equally sumptuous.

David Faivre opens the doors of his winery, located in Belval-sous-Chatillon, to share his love of his native land and his passion for wine. Certified Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), this establishment offers a varied range of wines, reflecting the richness of the terroir. Among its flagship cuvées, let yourself be seduced by L'Or de Faivre. Produced in oak barrels, this nugget stands out for its complexity, original structure and the fruity note of the Meunier grape. Other cuvées, such as Aguerrie, also deserve special attention. This generously complex cuvée won the Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2020. Les Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé that you can enjoy with delicately seasoned grilled meats, will not leave you indifferent either. Champagne R.
