The Cristal Union sugar plant in Bazancourt is one of the group's main production sites. It specializes in the production of sugar from beet. The site has a production capacity of 23,000 tonnes of beet per day, and produces around 1,700 tonnes of sugar per day. In addition to sugar production, the plant also specializes in pulp and alfalfa dehydration, with an annual production capacity of 130,000 tonnes. The Bazancourt plant is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IFS, FSSC 22000, 2BSvs, Bio (organic cane sugar), FCA (Feed Chain Alliance) pellets, Approbation agence de l'eau, SMETA and IPEC (pharmaceuticals). The site employs around 370 full-time staff and is managed by Stéphane CLEMENT.

Très mauvaise accueil on arrive en avance on vas à l accueil on attend que mes dames ai fini de raconté leur vie entre elle pour nous parler enfin , on nous dit d attendre dans le camion attend gentiment l heures du rdv 15 20 minutes après l heures on retourne au bureau et on vous envoie chié en vous disant que c est pas la peine de venir que l on doit attendre au camion qu on nous appel sens expliquer pourquoi du retard et on attend encore un temps infernal
