Champagne Rouillère Fils is a family-run winery that has been producing exceptional cuvées for over 25 years. Thérèse and Hervé Rouillère, along with their son Romain, share a passion for vines and wine. The domaine's cellars use traditional winemaking techniques, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by a delicate blending of the three grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay). The champagne is then aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months. The 4-hectare vineyard is spread over the villages of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, Jonquery, Venteuil and Courthiézy, allowing different grape varieties to be grown on different slopes.
