Our favorite is Cuvée Brut Rosé: a champagne blended from 65% meunier, 12% coteaux-champenois rouge and 23% pinot noir. A perfect match for a strawberry tart dessert. Their Prestige Millésime Brut is lively, with fine bubbles. It will work wonders with oily fish.

This family business operates a 9 ha vineyard with a predominance of black grapes. In the range of the House, the Champagne Brut illustrates this dominant: champagne of all the moments, it is perfect with the aperitif. The Cuvée Brut de Brut is a more mature champagne.
