The specialty of this chocolate maker is the Petit Bragard, a black chocolate or round milk in the heart of caramel with whole milk caramel, perfumed with bergamot trees and full of cocoa beans. It's a treat! Chocolate maker Didier Gervaise tells you about chocolate and makes you a demonstration by appointment (for groups). Creative workshops are offered and the workshop, visible from the street, incites temptation!
