Restaurant in Erstein serving menus with flavours from Alsace and elsewhere, a revisited menu of seasonal menus
Jean-Victor Kalt offers authentic, refined cuisine combining a taste for the terroir with a sure sense of food and wine pairing. The restaurant's décor, with its large picture windows and light wood furniture, is designed to make you feel at home. Mirrors hang from the ceiling, and a large central table displays bottles of the finest vintages. The menus are very judiciously composed, but the à la carte menu is also worth a detour, as are the oral suggestions of the wonderful chef based on his return from the market.

Nous sommes venus ici plusieurs fois et nous sommes toujours ravis. Tout simplement parfait. Une petite carte, ou plutôt la recommandation de J.V.Kalt. Les produits sont donc toujours très frais et fraîchement cuisinés. C'est ce que nous souhaitons. C'est ainsi que l'on prend plaisir à manger à l'extérieur.

Cuisine haut de gamme des plus raffinées, après avoir été rencontré par le chef lui-même. Service remarquable. Terrine de chevreuil avec médaillon de foie gras, sandre de Bretagne au curcuma sur lit de choux rapé / riz noir, tiramisu revisité fruits rouges, Meursault, et enfin rhum mexicain Prohibido.
