Black coasts are 50 m high cliffs along the Marne, made up of argillites and green sands, but their dark color results from the presence of iron-rich ore: the glaucony. An unusual site that overlooks the military air base, it is accessed through a road, crossing a fir beside two ponds. Several strikes are available to stop and picnic. Possibility to get off the river in canoe.
