Since the thirties, the Rieux farm has grown. The family farm now has about sixty Primholstein or Montbéliardes cows and continues to delight us with its raw milk delicacies: creams, faisselles, yoghurts, fresh cheeses and many others... Not forgetting, of course, four types of mature cheese: Matolien, Palet des Rieux, Rieux and Camembert. All the products are made by hand from the milk of the farm's herd and sold directly at the farm.
