This dairy co-operative bringing together eighteen breeders is located in a very beautiful rural commune, 25 kilometers east of Langres, where know-how is perpetuated in the basement, with a schoolyard school, an agricultural school and many artisans. The dairy cooperative also perpetuates a local tradition by producing Langres cheese, as well as goat cheese, epoches and elbow. It is possible to make its provisions directly at the cooperative's shop, also enjoying local honey or beverages.
