A wine farm of the slopes of Coiffy, the place is open to the tasting of these country wines several times medalists at the Paris General Agricultural Competition. Some of their wines are also included in the Guide Hachette des vins. The owners are charming and dedicate a passion to the production of their wine. Prices are more than reasonable for excellent wines. On the white side, these producers-growers propose Auxerre, fruity, which drinks young and fresh in support of sausages; Chardonnay to the elegant bouquet that harmonizes divinely with crustacés and Pinot Gris, drier, ideal with Italian specialities or barbecue. If you are more red, Gamay and Pinot Noir combine with all your meat. Glamour cofféens (the slopes of Coiffy do not have the right to champagne name but the taste is similar and the traditional method respected) will find a good place in aperitif as dessert, served fresh, as white as rosé. It is in an exceptional setting of Haute-Marne that you will be welcomed to discover the aromas of this unknown land.

The viniculture of Florence (10 hectares of vineyards) gives you the opportunity to discover these highly appreciated beverages, which are the wines of Haute-Marne countries developed according to traditional methods. Over the past fifteen years, it has been perpetuating a tradition of the vanished vineyard in the 1980 s. A dozen products are offered to you: white (auxerkings, chardonnay and chardonnay drum), rosé and red (pinot noir and pinot noir), traditional methods and flower wine… Most of all, we salute their beliefs, with production in biodynamic and organic wines increasingly appreciated.
