In the past few years, this restaurant in the bistro style kitchen has a very good mouth. Owners know how to prepare meals with fresh products that will satisfy you: here we work the product simply, but with pleasure! The plate may look a little rough, but it's mostly the flavors we're looking for here. The card changes every three months according to the season. The reception is very warm. You are really invited to discover the Tandem, and the bosses, Ludovic and Pauline, who work effectively hand in hand.

Vraiment sympa !
Nous sommes arrivés complètement par hasard dans ce restaurant à l'esprit "bistrot"... Oui, c'est le seul restaurant ouvert le dimanche à midi à Chaumont. Et c'est tant mieux ! Accueil vraiment sympathique. Service simple et efficace. Quant à la cuisine, tout fait maison par Madame, devant vous, avec une efficacité et une concentration impressionnantes, c'est un délice ! De l'excellent travail dans un excellent esprit. La "nage de fruit frais à la vanille" aurait pu ressembler à une salade de fruits améliorée; il n'en est rien ! Des fruits au top, parfaitement épluchés et préparés... Un délice.
Il est plaisant de voir un tel travail et une telle motivation.
La déco est simple et chaleureuse et la propreté est exemplaire.

Accueil sympathique. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Il vaut mieux réserver le week-end. Pour les conducteurs on peut si on le désire emporter le reste de la bouteille de vin.
