Domaine des Rubis is not a wine producer, but rather a manufacturer of fruity alcoholic beverages. Ideal for aperitifs, Rubis de Groseilles and Cassis liqueurs are the perfect accompaniment to raw vegetable platters. Managed since 1987 by the Rousselle family, the estate also offers visits to the redcurrant and blackcurrant plantations during the summer months, as well as tours of the cellar and liqueur-making rooms. This friendly family is delighted to share their passion with you.
