Europe belongs to a label that we appreciate because it is made in France, the label'Country Bistros '. This small restaurant has nothing other than to satisfy its guests'taste buds and warmly welcome them. Here you will not find design, designer furniture, the dining room is very simple, the atmosphere is alive, but Stéphane's kitchen is goûtue. The chef wants to make a kitchen that smells good the land: Aumônière hot langres, odawara gambas, spices and honey of Haute-Marne, leg of lamb, etc. It is a good cooking, inexpensive.
