David Ozéré's products, which inherited his father's cheese love, are always pure pleasures. They are unveiled at the boutique of Sainte-Savine or the Halles, even if the cheese is produced by Rilly-Saint-Syre. The Jura, the livarot, the gravy tomb of the Jura, goat crotches and other cheese specialties reveal their subtle scents. This epicurian explains with passion how to serve and accommodate these products, and the veneers are equally charming. Prices are a little high, but the situation of the band can justify them. However, this is not the case with the Eclamles shop: a huge space, empty at its center, where prices remain the same as the market…

je comprends maintenant que l'on m'ait proposé un sac de courses plutôt qu'une dégustation,
car en fait de "Gruyère de Montagne" on m'a délivré (certes avec gentillesse ) de la merde immangeable quand on a l'habitude de l'emmental traditionnel, une honte pour la profession ( qu'il est loin le temps de KILISKY ....qu'il est bon qu'il est frais....!!!!) , qu'ils aillent distribuer leurs invendus imbouffables ailleurs,
c'est d'ailleurs une incitation à envoyer les clients au supermarchés du coin et pourrir le "Marché de Romilly"......
