One of the most attractive churches in the city, with some beautiful sculptures
One of the most attractive churches in the city, unfortunately still closed to the public. Most of it was destroyed by fire in 1524 and rebuilt from 1526 to 1594. Its south portal, designed by Gérard Faulchot, is representative of the Renaissance style. Inside, a loggia with a staircase leads to the chapel of the Calvary. This configuration is quite surprising. It was once built against the city walls and does not have a large western portal, but rather a beautiful tribune in which the Calvary Chapel is located. As far as the furniture is concerned, it offers some beautiful sculpted works.
