L accueil est très agréable et souriant.
C est un endroit calme et pourtant situé en plein coeur de Troyes.
Vraiment une très jolie découverte et j y retournerais sans hésitation.
J adore la décoration...façon templier ou Royale...de très jolie couleurs et matières...l établissement reste ds son jus....très historique.... vraiment sans hésitation je le recommande pour y passer un jolie séjour....en famille ou en amoureux !

Parking surveillé, je vous conseille de le prendre car l'hôtel est vraiment au centre-ville

Le personnel très accueillant et au petit soin.
Nous avons passé un agréable moment, avant les fêtes de Noël, nous reviendrons au printemps.
