Bel endroit , accueil sympathique , cependant très déçue du restaurant, service amateur sans parler des plats hors de prix pour des pâtes à la sauce tomate réchauffée . Petit déjeuner à 30 euros insignifiant, un croissant, une petite salade de fruit , un morceau de fromage et un café . Piscine fermée de 11h30 à 15h… en bref , le lieu historique c’est tout . Déçue en général
We stayed in March 2010 one night... this hotel is in the heart of the center of troyes... you can dine on foot in less than 10 minutes... the hotel is quiet and intimate (for lovers)... we had reserved a standard room but the hotel was not full, it to us was offered a room of a superior category called " the chapelle" (the cost of a standard room)... the room is magnificent very romantic old stones on the ground beams duvets and pillows extra soft spacious bathroom access from small interior garden... the morning déj of standing room... will go back we there do not hesitate go! Très belle maison du 16 ieme certes mais très bruyant sur la rue , le personnel est prévenant certes , mais dans notre chambre ,absence de mini bar, douche dans la baignoire accompagnée d un filet d eau, le coffre fort était HS , la clim Était en dysfonctionnement émettant un bruit récurrent toute la nuit ! impossible de dormir. la piscine n’est pas une piscine c’est un bassin l’eau qui de surcroît était glacée, la restauration n’a rien de gastronomique simplement des plats réchauffer ! je suis un habitué des quatre étoiles et cinq étoiles et je peux vous affirmer que cela ne correspond en rien au carnet des charges d’un hôtel de ce type.
Je trouve tout cela très limite et je vous encourage vivement à passer votre chemin!
