Lebanese restaurant in Sainte-Savine offering fresh products
In this Lebanese restaurant, the first of Troyes expected that a new one settled in Sainte-Savine, the reception is particularly warm and the Lebanese boss tells you of the mezzes as a living kitchen, with sun full eyes. Les, you know? These include a variety of flavours and ingredients (olives, potatoes, aubergines, fish, chicken, beef, kidney, etc.) and presented in several traditional plates. The menus are therefore arranged around mezzés and a dish. The tasting plate makes it possible to make a small tour of the specialities. Since the products are fresh, it will not be necessary to formaliser if the dish of the day is no longer available. Stocks are considered according to the expected clientele, so as not to relegate a dish of the day before. Freshness is a criterion that requires sacrifices! Do not hesitate to bring your taste buds to the temptation: Pink juice, Lebanese tabbouleh, honey pastries (and honey!), the card is full of small nuggets. However, like most Lebanese, the note turns out to be quite salty for all these sweets…
