Blaisot House has been established in the region for a long time; since 1896, it has satisfied the Aubois. An ensign that knows such a pérénnité is necessarily a quality establishment. Today, the Blaisot House is of course expanded and diversified, and the old charcuterie turned into a renowned caterer. The services offered are perfect for who wants to organise an event, for example a marriage: fresh products, creative recipes, and a varied map. The House takes care of everything from the wine of honour to the buffet to the decoration of the tables or the floral arrangement. For each buffet, delivery is included, as is water and bread. And if you don't know where to organize your reception, the Blaisot House has its own reception room called La Cabane: 250 m 2 of surface to accommodate up to 250 people, a very elegant wooded decor, a green setting and a view on the Seine.
