The butte de Montgueux, a few kilometres from Troyes, culminates at an altitude of 270 m and has a magnificent panorama over the plain of Troyes and its town. This territory has 185 ha of vineyards, a reserved area of white cluster chardonnay, renowned for its finesse and aroma. Most of Montgueux's winemakers reserve the fruit of their harvest in the sale of a kilo or the resumption of cooperative champagnes. There are about owners of farmers for this only wine winery in Troyes, and few are the handlers, but we have found some addresses.
