LA FERME D'HOTTE

La Ferme d'Hotte, located in Eaux-Puiseaux, is a must for lovers of cider and local produce. In addition to its year-round store, the farm offers a variety of activities for visitors. The cider museum, the only one of its kind in France, traces the cider-making history of the Pays d'Othe. Visitors can also enjoy walks through the surrounding orchards, and taste the farm's products free of charge at the sales outlet. For groups, it's possible to book a mini-train ride through the orchards. All the farm's products are grown, harvested and processed on site, using ancient local varieties and organic farming methods.
