Here, with 30,000 bottles year-round, we can claim to be specialists. The Hotte family (a name predestined to the country of Othe!) perpetuates tradition and preserves the remains of over 300 presses, which a time scattered the region. The décor is like the product: wooden grinding is a counter. The visit is free for the individual and guided for the groups, not to mention that Corinne and Gérard, the owners, are very available. They're having fun themselves with their old tools, and in September or October, it's the 17 th rush that's going to happen in the old, old-fashioned. Here, ciders and juice are 100% organic and based on local apple varieties exclusively. Special mention for organic apple juice silver medal 2018.
