RICHARD CHEURLIN

Richard Cheurlin is the representative of the 4ᵉ generation. When he arrived, he breathed new life into this 7-hectare vineyard. He applies reasoned viticulture, parcel-by-parcel vinification and barrel aging in a quest for ideal ripeness. Each parcel is vinified separately, making it possible to distinguish cuvées from sizes. In 1987, he created Cuvée Jeanne, a tribute to his grandmother, vinified and aged entirely in barrel. In an era dominated by stainless steel, he was the first in the region to favor this method.
