This estate, located halfway between Bar-sur-Aube and Bar-sur-Seine, is a family-run business that has been going strong for 5 generations. The champagne produced here, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand at optimum ripeness, is made on the estate in the purest Champagne tradition, with the Terra Vitis label. Various cuvées are marketed, including Cuvée Excellence, an Extra Brut that reveals all the freshness and fruitiness of the grape variety. Perfect with a platter of oysters!

Inside the building, built in 1773 by the Marquis de Dampierre, you'll discover a collection of 1,000 crystal champagne flutes. The tour continues through the eco-museum (antique tools, machines, documentary film) and the vaulted cellars, with tastings.
