LA FOIRE AUX FROMAGES

On the heights of Bar-sur-Aube, the Sainte-Germaine Hill welcomes you for a weekend to enjoy breads, wines and cheeses, from our region but also from France as a whole. On the program: sale and tasting of cheese, wine, bread presented by some forty exhibitors from all over France. Here the cheese is king, both to take home and to risk gustative experiments on the spot, most AOC: local chaource, but also county, tomb of Berry with colored colors and perfumes. Some wines, with moderation, come to the rescue of the papillae. There are many animations on weekends, including a fireworks: Unpretentious, friendly, this is the chance to spend a good day near the medieval city.
