Their Champagne Brut Tradition is a 100% pinot noir cuvée that will be the perfect accompaniment to traditional dishes and local cuisine. The Champagne Brut Prestige (60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir) is perfect for an impromptu aperitif. A favorite is the Brut Rosé, with its aromas of candied fruits and its sweet and fresh flavors. Today, Isabelle and her husband Michel run the estate, preserving the family tradition. This new generation of winegrowers has focused on exports (over 60% of total sales). Their 11-hectare vineyard is cultivated with a truly eco-responsible approach, using as few chemicals as possible. The grape varieties planted are predominantly Pinot Noir (80%). The wines faithfully reveal the imprint of their terroirs. Hats off to the Brut Nature and its aromas of rhubarb marmalade.

Created in the 1970s and located in the Sarce valley, this traditional house offers 5 fine cuvées, including the Brut Tradition, made from pinot noir, the majority grape variety in the Côte des Bars, to be enjoyed on any occasion; the Demi-Sec, with a higher sugar content than the Brut Tradition, is perfect with foie gras or dessert. The Brut Prestige, a blend of chardonnay (80%) and pinot noir (20%), is best kept for special occasions. And let's not forget the Blanc de Blancs, perfect for warm summer afternoons and platters of shellfish.
