This updated boutique hotel, thus welcomes you in the heart of the Ardennes, in Ayvelles, just 10 minutes from Charleville-Mézières, 1hr of Reims and 30 minutes from Bouillon in Belgium. L'Auberge du Cheval Blanc has an excellent reputation in the area. Laurent Frattaruolo welcomes you in a rustic and friendly atmosphere and he offers a local homemade cuisine prepared with fresh, traditional, refined and hearty products. The price/quality ratio is a delight. You can taste some specialties such as Ardennes escalope (escalope with Ardennes ham. Generally, Cheval Blanc is an authentic inn. Séjour inoubliable et à renouveler pour garder du baume au coeur
Laurent «  le boss » excellent cuisinier, excellent hôte d’accueil, personne d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, Notre séjour de 3 jours n’a été que’ plaisir , joie, délire et bonheur.

My tastebuds were feast! The cuisine and really delicious, the products are fresh and that immediately feel. The atmosphere and very warm, pleasant staff, I will come back as soon as possible.
I advise has everyone to stop there if you through there! Yum yum!

Several ocasions led me eat in Auberge du Cheval Blanc and it was each time excellent simple and friendly moment.
Warm and family atmosphere, a restaurant where you can speak dishes 'House'!
My dish fetiche in this restaurant is the Ardennes Escalope! Taste and you will verez...
An enthusiastic chef who does not hesitate to meet his guests with the bar or in the room. It is always a pleasure.
Parking available, and even hotel rooms where necessary.
