In the heart of the Meuse valley, the bistro de la Potinière awaits you for a gourmet break at the exit of Nouzonville, on the road to Joigny. The restaurant offers you a refined cuisine, made from fresh and local produce. The menu is renewed every week according to the market and includes dishes with local flavours, such as the triple A andouillette casserole with Chaource cream, or more exotic dishes, such as quinoa risotto with shrimps and its sweet and sour sauce, or royal sea bream with spinach cream. Tasty dishes to be served with one of the many à la carte wines that you can then buy at the boutique, if you prefer.
