In the heart of one of the most beautiful villages of France, below the tower tower, this medieval tavern-brasserie welcomes you to the small onions. Biker friends are particularly appreciated! After running the establishment for eleven years, Jean-Michel Filleur and Danielle Joos took over their seat behind the stoves to offer you good local dishes, cooked with fresh vegetables from the market of Givet: Grayish grill, stranded with strings, not forgetting traditional salad salad, Ardennaise poke and butterfly, you will also appreciate the 50 varieties of beers in the cellar, to enjoy on the corner of the large fireplace or on the terrace to enjoy the beauty and calm of Hierges.

Quelle belle surprise en nous invitant dans ce village de Hierges, à la Causerie des Lilas, un accueil surprenant, authentique, simple et chaleureux à la fois, nous avions réservé une nuit, nous y sommes restés 2 au final avec repas au restaurant de la Causerie pour tout gouter :) , chambre au cadre reposant et spacieuse, nous avons été déconnectés complètement pendant ce WE, un grand merci à Jean-Michel pour son accueil et toute son équipe, on revit l'hospitalité d'une auberge, un voyage dans le temps, on a pu stationner nos motos facilement sous l'oeil vigilant de JM ! bravo et merci monsieur :)
