FLORENCE ET LIONEL THIRY

Lionel Thiry is the worthy heir of his grandfather Henry who settled in 1956 in Guincourt in the heart of the pre-Arden ridges. With Florence, his wife, they mother their "babies", who are called Melrose, Boskoop, Jonagold, Elstar, Reinette du Canada, Golden, Chanteclair. In addition, there are two varieties of pears (Williams and Conference), as well as cherries, mirabelle plums, Queen Plums, plums and strawberries grown above ground in greenhouses. The mirabelle plum sparkling wine is a pure delight and the apple juice made with three varieties is a must-taste!
