Franck Whatelet has been managing this institution for several years, assisted by an efficient and compétante team. All this little world is in the kitchen to concocter what to satisfy all tastes and budgets. You will have the choice between various formulas: compound salads, a palette of more than twenty-four pizzas, pasta, recipes, menus and finally the map with its attractive entries (foie gras de maison, verrine of salmon tartar and candied tomatoes, of Saint-Jacques to cottage), its meat (fragmentation of champagne calf, Norman steak, parmentier of duck conflict), its fish (burbot to the sylvaner paved with shrimps and mussels, ocean ocean). A good address if your road passes through Fromy.
