Founded in 1960 in Schiltigheim, this family business is renowned for its pretzels of Alsatian tradition, made by hand without additives or preservatives. The pretzel is offered plain, with sesame, poppy seed, sprinkled with seeds or au gratin. The pretzel dough is also used to make Maricettes in the shape of rolls, Gambettes ideal for aperitif spreads, bagels and burger buns. A fine example of modernised tradition.
