Created in 1800, this cellar was dug into the tuffeau rock on the hillside. The 13-hectare vineyard is located on a flinty clay terroir, and offers a wide variety of grape varieties, including Chenin, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Pinot Noir and the historic Vendôme grape: gris pineau d'Aunis. Handed down from father to son for seven generations, this family of winegrowers produces coteau du vendômois red, white, rosé and gray wines using a traditional "low vine" planting method, ensuring quality wines.
