Renaissance castle with a chapel, a dovecote and a museum on marriage with a collection of objects and costumes.

When François I undertook the construction of Chambord, his financial secretary, sent to oversee the colossal project, took advantage of the talented craftsmen and artists' free time to build Villesavin, a Renaissance gem. Don't miss the chapel and the dovecote with its revolving ladder. The first museum takes you back in time to weddings since 1840, with its collection of objects and costumes. The second features a fine selection of horse-drawn carriages and children's vehicles. A lovely château for the whole family.

J’ai été très intéressée par la visite du château grâce à une guide passionnée et passionnante Stéphanie :-)
Le parc est également très agréable et le colombier très beau.
Un peu déçue par la mini ferme.

Un charmant château. Une visite guidée des pièces intérieures très vivante et intéressante. Une belle collection de voitures d'enfant, de véhicules hypomobiles. Un joli colombier et une salle des mariages extraordinaire. Tout cela dans cadre verdoyant. J'ai adoré ce château
