This family-run business, founded in the ^mid-19th century and handed down from father to son, produces AOC Touraine and Touraine Chenonceau. The quality of our wines has been recognized in numerous competitions. Our reds, Cabernet and Côt, have won prizes in Lyon two years running, and in Selles-sur-Cher. These same competitions also rewarded the traditional white and rosé methods, while the light, fragrant Sauvignon won laurels in Paris in the white category. Visit and tasting accompanied by local produce, by appointment only.

They offer a wide selection of wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine-Chenonceaux Blanc, Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, as well as sparkling wines such as Crémant de Loire Blanc Brut and Crémant de Loire Rosé. The estate also offers a delivery service. Please note that sales are limited to mainland France.

Samuel Baron took over the family estate of 20 ha in the commune of Thésée in 2002. The following year, he withdrew from the cooperative and set up his own winery. Planted on the Touraine limestone soil, the grassing of the plots of his wine is controlled. Continuing in its responsible approach, the estate has now switched to organic viticulture and has obtained the Ecocert label since 2011 and works to preserve nature through its virtuous production methods. Samuel Baron offers a nice range of 8 wines of Touraine and Touraine-Chenonceaux appellation.
