Don't miss out on the house specialties, which feature local produce such as asparagus picked just a few kilometers from the restaurant, chestnuts and game in season, such as civet de biche. The chef also has a few surprises in store, such as oven-baked rabbit râbles, pike-perch roasted in beurre blanc, or calf's head with gribiche sauce...
