Second city of Sologne after Romorantin, Salbris, the capital of hunting, will enchant the amateurs of green tourism between the strolls and circuits of excursion, the practice of fishing, kayak and Almeria, the park entirely dedicated to the horse and the equestrian art... While passing by Salbris, do not miss its church Saint-Georges, built from the XIIth to the XVIIth century and which has just changed bell-tower. The Notre-Dame-de-Pitié chapel (late 16th-17th century) was supposed to give a respite to stillborn babies to give them time to be baptised. The town also has excellent restaurants and a famous international karting circuit.
