Set in wooded grounds, this superb 19th-century residence is the setting for Thierry Harmand's refined cuisine. A Maître Restaurateur who loves local produce and chooses it with the utmost care, he will delight your taste buds with his perfectly mastered inventiveness. For starters, try the surprising Sologne caviar from the nearby Hennecart fish farm, or his own smoked salmon. When in season, try the partridge and finish with a chocolate cream with candied banana, a real treat.

Nous avons profité d'une box pour aller dans cet établissement. Accueil vraiment très chaleureux, rien à redire. Le menu était copieux et de qualité. La compote faite maison au petit déjeuner était excellente. Aucune différence n'est faite entre les clients "classiques" et les clients "box". Les chambres sont peut-être un peu petites mais la literie est très confortable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
