The result of an association between a cooperative from Orléans and the Domaine National de Chambord, the Chambord brewery aims to give priority to low-carbon cereals and local malt. In addition, the brewery extends its ecological approach by using technologies that consume three times less water and less energy to brew its different beers. The brewery aims to produce exceptional beers. The range includes 6 beers from white to amber, as well as prestige beers for restaurateurs and a non-alcoholic beer that can be tasted at the bar.
