Olivier Cadoux's Domaine des Brissettes is a model of agricultural diversity. Specializing in the production of organic wines, the estate produces close to 50,000 bottles a year (red, white). Members of the Mont-près-Chambord cooperative since 2012, Olivier and his son also grow strawberries, cereals and yams, a delicate crop that faces many challenges. Produce is available at the farm, where you can buy the fruits of the family's labor.
