Michelin-starred restaurant takes you on an unforgettable culinary journey with the cuisine of chef Didier Clément.
A must-see in Romorantin and the Sologne region, this former Renaissance mansion was built for a friend of King François I. In operation since 1774, this exceptional establishment is one of the oldest in France. Everything here is of the highest standard, including the cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Didier Clément. This lover of good things marries the finest produce with forgotten vegetables to delight the taste buds of gourmets, whom he titillates with local caviar or truffles. Let yourself be carried away on an unforgettable gustatory journey!
