Opened in 1904, the Moreau cheese factory specializes in traditional goat cheeses from the region such as sainte-maure-de-touraine and selles-sur-cher (both PDO). You will be able to admire the manufacturing premises through the bay windows directly at the farm to better understand the making of the cheeses. A tasting is then proposed, the occasion to discover the range of maturing. In addition to the delicious cheeses, you can find in the store products of the region, like wine or honey.
