A botanical garden located on the site of a Romanesque church and priory, featuring over 2,000 plant species.

Overlooking the Cisse valley, this park was created on the site of an ^11th-century Romanesque church and priory. A magnificent botanical garden with over 2,500 plant species covers 3 hectares. Magnolias, mountain ash, rhododendrons and crab trees mingle with more local species. Flowers are part of the park's charm, with superb collections of roses, irises and especially peonies, which are celebrated on the first weekend in May.

Opening time and information on PRIORY BOTANICAL PARK

Open from mid-April to the end of May during the peony flowering season, the rest of the year by appointment. Open daily from 3 pm to 8 pm. Free for children under 12. Adults: €8. Guided tours for groups only: 7 € / pers. - Free for accompanying person or driver. The priory and grounds can be rented in their entirety, and chambres d'hôte and a gîte are available.
