LE REFUGE
Restaurant with terrace offering traditional dishes and different menus
This small village, lost in the middle of the woods, isn't on a main road or close to an industrial center, but it does have a restaurant not to be missed. While at lunchtime it's mainly working-class menus that are served in the dining room, it's in the evenings and at weekends that Nicolas can give free rein to his creativity. The menus offer dishes that you'd expect to find on a Michelin-starred table, rather than in a small country restaurant. When the weather's fine, the small terrace welcomes you, and in winter you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
