This venerable house where the tarte Tatin was accidentally born over 130 years ago has managed to renew itself without betraying the spirit that made its reputation. If the tart is of course a must for dessert, the chef will delight your taste buds with the sturgeon of Saint-Viâtre and its caviar, without forgetting the game in season. Lover of details, he chooses local producers for his vegetables but also for his mustard and vinegar. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel PROPRE, bien accueilli par tous le personnel!!
Nous avons pu profiter du spa et d’un massage avec une masseuse excellente (Pauline merci!!)
Puis d’un repas de très très bonne qualité, une cuisine traditionnelle excellente, et un service irréprochable !
Et pour finir un super petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et fais maison !!!!
Nous avons même pu repartir avec cette superbe tarte tatin et en prime la recette !
Je recommande les yeux fermés pour un moment de partage et de découverte !

Très bon rapport qualité prix, fait maison et petite carte, un vrai régal dans un lieu chargé d’histoire ( histoire des sœurs Tatin). Pour les amoureux de la viande du gibier est proposé à la carte et sa fameuse et incontournable tarte tatin à tomber par terre, je n’ai jamais mangé une tarte tatin aussi bonne qu’à cet endroit. Personnels discrets et chaleureux. Je recommande.
Petite menton : nous vous conseillons le cocktail tatin en apéritif histoire de s’imprégner des lieux!
