Le parc des Mées et le chemin qui longe la Loire sont des lieux très beaux où je me rends plusieurs fois par semaine avec mon chien. Ce midi, alors que je bavardais avec une dame et que nos chiens jouaient ensemble, nous nous sommes fait agresser par un homme qui nous a reproché (en hurlant ! ) d'être hors la loi, car nous ne tenions pas notre chien en laisse. Cet homme nous a dit qu'il faisait partie du conseil municipal de la Chaussée St Victor. Il était très agressif et très grossier. Nos chiens ne s'occupaient absolument pas de lui et nous n'avons pas compris ce qui avait pu déclencher une telle foudre ! Je n'ai jamais vu de panneau interdisant les chiens non tenus en laisse sur ce secteur. Y a-t-il un arrêté minicipal sur ce sujet ?
