Jérôme Lechat creates an inventive and original cuisine with the art of marrying dishes. Whether it is fish such as red mullet or lean or meat, the chef knows how to bring his creativity and make you discover a fine palette of flavours. The desserts, with their emphasis on perfectly crafted fruit, will end the meal beautifully. The Loire wines are in the spotlight on a beautiful wine list. Teniem una reserva confirmada i ens ha deixat a 15 persones sense sopar a les 9 de la nit a França. No pot passar això a un restaurant d’aquest nivell. El servei, molt desagradable, s’ha desentés de l’error.
