Jérôme Lechat creates an inventive and original cuisine with the art of marrying dishes. Whether it is fish such as red mullet or lean or meat, the chef knows how to bring his creativity and make you discover a fine palette of flavours. The desserts, with their emphasis on perfectly crafted fruit, will end the meal beautifully. The Loire wines are in the spotlight on a beautiful wine list. Très professionnel, le service est impeccable, la cuisine est très bonne ,les cuisson sont juste et les assaisonnements aussi, bon perso j'ai rajouter de la fleur de sel et j'aurais aimé mon homards et mon rie de veau moins cuit plus nacrée ,attention je dit pas qu'ils étaient surcuit ,pas du tout hein juste une préférence que j'aurais dû exprimé aux moment de la commande, amuse bouche superbe et goûteux, les plats était délicieux et les dessert de cuisinier très réconfortant, 5 étoile bien mérité

We hebben een dag van tevoren via internet gereserveerd, maar bij het restaurant gekomen hadden zij de reservering niet.De bevestigingsmail laten zien,maar we konden zonder pardon vertrekken,geen plaats!!!
Fatsoenlijkerwijs zou er een tafeltje( voor maar 2 pers. geen groot gezelschap) geregeld moeten kunnen worden! O ja,we konden morgen terugkomen! Nou nooit meer dus!!!!!!! We zitten nu op de camping met n glaasje port en lekkere kaasjes als troost.
