The Federal Consumers'Union in Orleans has been fighting since 1975 to make consumers heard. Its network of highly active volunteers defends us and advises us in the event of a dispute. It also participates in local and national surveys, the results of which are published in the magazine Qu Choice and local consumption. In case of a particular problem, please bring your file. In exchange for a small contribution, the association will advise you effectively and your defence will be assured.
